Kansas City Stars Hockey

The KC Stars PeeWee Select team won the Midwest Hockey League Tri State Championship this weekend in Fremont, Nebraska. The team entered league finals undefeated as the #1 seed.  This weekend they beat the Omaha Knights and Omaha Gladiators to advance to the Championship game against the Des Moines Chops. Head Coach Jim Hunsperger lead his team to a 4-1 victory against Des Moines by playing smart clean hockey.  The team finished the league with a record of 10-0-1. Jim is assisted by Mike Davis, Scott Reinardy, and Travis Reynolds.
