Kansas City Stars Hockey

-Transitional/developmental program for players who have completed Level 2 or 3 of Learn To Play Hockey.
-For boys and girls in birth years 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012
-December 2, 2016 through Feb 18, 2017
-All Events at KC Ice Center
-Cost $160 (two payments of $80)
-Full gear required
-Players must have a current USA Hockey membership confirmation # which can be obtained at http://www.usahockeyregistration.com. 
-All player registrations taken online only. Click the following link to register your son or daughter for Mini Mites.
-Please Register by Nov 30th!

-Please arrive about 20-30 minutes early to get your player ready in the locker rooms. 
-Full equipment is required.  If you need skates we'll provide them at the skate rental counter for free. Let us know when you arrive if you need any other equipment.
-Players can wear any color jersey the first couple weeks.  A team jersey will be handed out before their January games as the first few weeks are centered on skill development and game basics.
-This program is ran outside on the Pavilion so your player might want to wear a thin base layer when the temperature is below 40. (As well as parents who wish to view outside!)
-If you are interested in helping coach please let Dean Nelson dnelson@kcicecenter.com or myself know. You'll need helmet, skates, gloves, stick.

Fridays at 5:40pm Dec 2, 9. Outside on Pavlion
Fridays at 6:00pm Jan 6, 13, 20, 27. Inside on Main
Fridays at 5:40pm Feb 3, 17. Outside on Pavilion

Game Schedule, Saturdays at 9:30am on the following dates:
Dec 3, Jan 7, Jan 14, Feb 18 (Games are only on the dates listed.)

January updated schedule is:
Friday January 6th 6:00pm inside on Main
Saturday January 7th 9:30am outside on Pavilion
Friday January 13th 6:00pm inside on Main
Saturday January 14th 9:30am outside on Pavilion
Friday January 20th 6:00pm inside on Main
Friday January 27th 6:0pm inside on Main

In February you'll switch back to 5:40pm on Fridays.

February schedule is:
Friday Feb 3rd 5:40pm outside on Pavilion
Friday Feb 17th 5:40pm outside on Pavilion
Saturday Feb 18th 9:30am CANCELLED re-scheduled for
Friday March 3rd 6:00pm on Pavilion.  Will be moved inside with U8 is weather is an issue.
